I-LEARN

The I-LEARN model—Identify, Locate, Evaluate, Apply, Reflect, kNow—both describes the process of learning with information and provides a sequence that can be taught. Grounded in research theory from science instructional design, it is also based on author’s own writing. model reflects an inquiry approach built three-part information-literacy paradigm underlies many activities library media centers: accessing, evaluating, using information. It expands to focus specifically use as tool for learning. Plans validate digital face-to-face environments are currently underway.
